Hi everyone. My name is Shweta Sharma. I am the Director and Manager at Little Einstein Children's Centre.

As Director of the Centre, I take pride in knowing that our Centre is one that strives for excellence and quality in childcare while promoting our Co-operative spirit. We have a wonderful compliment of staff, dedicated and truly amazing at what they do.

Part of my role as Executive Drirector is to keep abreast of and advocate for the early Childhood profession. As a mother of two young children , this love and enjoyment guided me into working with various age groups.

I strive to give children a variety of enriching learning experiences based on their interests. I see enjoyment in their play and am able to learn from them through their individual personalities and uniqueness. Being a part of these professional networks allows me the opportuninty to share information with our staff and build knowledge.
